Our team

Robert Bell

Owner and founder of RB Compliance Consultancy is Robert Bell LLB. Robert's background is in law and financial services compliance, holding several compliance roles in regulated firms including at Director level. 

Robert is a renowned industry expert, a member of the Money Advice Trust's consultancy panel, MBL Seminars speaker and lead tutor on the Credit Services Association Level 6 Apprenticeship on Compliance and Risk. 

Robert has also:
  • Co-authored industry guidance on "GDPR, Vulnerability and Disclosure" with the MAT. 
  • Authored guidance on behalf of the Chartered Insurance Institute 
  • Authored a book on behalf of Law Brief Publishing titled "A Practical Guide to the FCA's Consumer Duty"
